HUMĀNIKA™, created by Samantha Arroyo Curiel, is a Human Flourishing Ecosystem framework designed to reconnect health, housing, water, food, energy, learning, nature, community, mind, body, and human wellbeing into regenerative human living environments.
The Healthy Space, founded by Janera Soerel, contributes expertise in healthy buildings, WELL, wellness real estate, wellness economics, implementation strategy, and H-ROI™ (Human Return on Investment)—a measurement approach developed to quantify the human, social, environmental, economic, and financial value created through investments in human flourishing.
Together, these complementary capabilities form HUMĀNIKA™ GROUP: a platform dedicated to designing and implementing regenerative human living ecosystems that place human flourishing at the center of development.
Our purpose is to help transform the places where people live, work, learn, heal, connect, and age into integrated ecosystems that improve wellbeing, strengthen resilience, regenerate natural systems, and create long-term value for people, communities, and investors.
THE NEST OF HUMANITY™ | Pilot 001
Located in Los Cabos, Mexico, THE NEST OF HUMANITY™ is the first living laboratory of the HUMĀNIKA™ ecosystem and the inaugural project of HUMĀNIKA™ GROUP.
The project is designed to demonstrate how regenerative design, healthy longevity, intergenerational and women-centered living, food systems, water stewardship, nature, education, and human connection can work together as one integrated system to support human flourishing and environmental regeneration.
As Pilot 001, THE NEST OF HUMANITY™ is intended to become an adaptable, scalable, and replicable model that informs the future development of regenerative Human Flourishing Ecosystems around the world.
