We had that conversation on May 25th with Benita Singh (Founder of Le Souk), Melody Serafino (Co-founder of The No. 29 PR company) and Camillia BenBassat (Founder of the branding agency Avec).   

Our Founder, Janera Soerel, talked to these whip smart women about success, motivation, the joys of delivering meaningful value, and enjoying the freedom of being your own boss. 

Whilst they operate different kinds of businesses with different kinds of clients, and funding needs, they all agreed that hiring the right people is most difficult. 

Neither one of them is a starving entrepreneur, and being able to choose who you work with/for, and when you work are perks they would never trade for a secure paycheck.
