On October 29th at our North Fork house, Galen Foulois — our own Director of Culinary Experiences, and Founder of Restore Food — whipped up a delicious Halloween meal.
He cooked local wild cod with oyster mushrooms and marsala sauce garnished with fresh oregano leaves accompanied by baked organic red kuri squash.
