I will publish practical tips and strategies which are grounded in the WELL for Residential standard, a science-backed evidence-based roadmap to enhance people’s homes. By weaving together the science with practical solutions, you’ll learn how to improve your spaces and promote your longevity. Most people need help figuring out the science of materials, air filtration, water sanitation, biophilic design, and circadian lighting systems, to name just a few of the elements that can potentially impact how well and long we’ll live.
